Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a YCraft product, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no complicated conditions.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at ycraft.apps@gmail.com with your order details (or the email address you used at checkout). Because Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, refunds are processed by Paddle. You may also contact Paddle directly using the details in your order confirmation email.

3. Purchased Products

Because our products are digital, your 30-day refund period runs from the date of your purchase. This guarantee covers products bought directly from ycraft.dev; products purchased through other marketplaces (such as aescripts or Envato) are covered by that platform's own refund policy.

4. After 30 Days

Our money-back guarantee covers the first 30 days after purchase. From the 31st day onwards, refund requests fall outside the guarantee and cannot be granted.
