These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YCraft website (ycraft.dev) and the purchase and use of YCraft products. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. About YCraft

YCraft develops and sells digital software products — plugins and tools for Adobe After Effects and other creative software. Throughout these Terms, "YCraft", "we", "us" and "our" refer to YCraft.

2. Orders and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing, payment and refund inquiries.

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.
When you complete a purchase, you receive an order confirmation and a license key by email.
Product support — for help using our products or technical questions, contact YCraft directly at ycraft.apps@gmail.com.
By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions, which are presented at checkout.

3. License

When you purchase a YCraft product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software. You may use the product in your own personal and commercial projects. You may not:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lend or share the product or its license keys;
Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law;
Use the product for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All YCraft products — including their code, design, presets and assets — are the intellectual property of YCraft and are protected by copyright. Your license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Updates and Support

A purchase grants a license to the product version available at the time of purchase. Any updates are released at our discretion. We provide support by email at ycraft.apps@gmail.com.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the products will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that they will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record.

9. Privacy

Your use of our website and products is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above.
